At Shelving, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization solutions. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the shelving components in their original packaging, ensuring all brackets, hardware, and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
